Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Liquid I.V. online store. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Payment Policy before ordering.
Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers' use.
Products and Orders
Review the description, options, quantity, and price before placing an order. Products are subject to availability. We aim to keep listings accurate; screen settings may affect how colors appear.
After checkout, we provide an order confirmation. If a stock problem or listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent.
You may cancel before shipment by contacting customer service. Paid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Unpaid cash-on-delivery orders have no payment to refund. Once shipped, orders are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Prices and Payment
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. We do not collect sales tax on any products at checkout. The full order total is displayed before you place the order. We charge no payment, cash-on-delivery, or handling fees.
Online payments may be made with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. For cash on delivery, the carrier collects the disclosed order total in cash or by card at delivery. See our Payment Policy for refund methods.
Shipping and Returns
We ship from the United States to eligible addresses in all 50 states with free standard shipping. Processing takes 1 business day, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit. Our Shipping Policy explains address exclusions, the cutoff time, and operating days.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. All products are covered, subject to the condition requirements in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Returns and exchanges are free, with no restocking fee. For approved returns, inspection and refund issuance take no more than 10 business days after we receive the items; bank posting time is additional.
Content and Consumer Rights
Website text, images, and branding may be protected by intellectual property laws. Do not reuse protected content without the rights holder's permission or another lawful basis.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an existing order.
