Help With an Order

Tell us your order number, the email used at checkout, and what you need help with. For delivery concerns, include the tracking number if available. Do not send full payment-card details, security codes, or banking passwords.

Cancellations and Returns

Contact us before shipment to cancel an order. After dispatch, follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.

For a return or exchange, email us within 30 calendar days after delivery. We will review your request and, once approved, send a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not mail products to our address until we confirm the return arrangements.
