Payment Policy
Liquid I.V. accepts online card payments and cash on delivery. All orders are placed and settled in U.S. dollars (USD).
Accepted Payment Methods
You may pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Choose an available payment option at checkout and complete the payment steps to place your order.
For cash on delivery, choose that option at checkout. The carrier collects payment when your order arrives, and you may pay in cash or by card. The amount due is the order total disclosed at checkout; no advance online payment is required for this option.
Taxes and Fees
We do not collect sales tax on any products at checkout. All orders to eligible delivery addresses qualify for free standard shipping. We charge no payment-processing, cash-on-delivery, or handling fees.
Your complete order total is shown before you place the order. Please review it before confirming your purchase.
Payment Problems and Cancellations
If an online payment fails, verify your billing details or contact your card issuer. Contact us if you need help confirming an order's payment status; do not send full card details, security codes, or banking passwords by email.
Orders may be canceled by contacting us before shipment. Paid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Unpaid cash-on-delivery orders do not require a refund.
Refunds
For approved returns, online payments go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer to your designated bank account; contact hotelgrand4@gmail.com to arrange the transfer details.
We inspect returns within 5 business days after receipt, then issue approved refunds within 1-5 business days. Total merchant processing does not exceed 10 business days after we receive an eligible return. Bank or payment-provider posting time is additional.
